  • The programme runs for 6 months covering 6 different modules, so half a day per month for 6 months.

  • The training is delivered from offices run by a charity near Chancery Lane in London. This allows us to use a great centrally located venue, whilst also doing some good.

  • The programme starts at just £4,500 per person but think of it more as an investment in your personal growth!​

  • We have found the optimal number of people to have in a group is between 6-12.​

  • There is no official qualification, but graduates of the course will be presented with a certificate of completion that they can share on social channels like LinkedIn. ​

    • Excellent communication skills – with the board, across thebusiness as a whole and with shareholders and the outside world​

    • Wider people skills, particularly the ability to lead a high calibre team​

    • Commerciality and in-depth understanding of the business, its markets and customers​

    • The ability to support and challenge the chief executive​

    • An affinity with numbers and the ability to interpret them for others​

  • Yes, the course is designed to equip you to operate effectively at C-suite level. It’s about broadening the role of FD beyond the functional duties, to provide leadership to the senior management team and act as a genuine business partner to the CEO and including subjects like preparing the business for a successful exit.

  • Yes – we have had many people use the course to accelerate their knowledge of the recruitment industry. This creates a wonderful blend of experience in the room – some are bringing recruitment experience but never held a senior finance role, others have little knowledge of the sector but have held FD roles in other industries’
